A female leopard stopped on a pathway and looking in the direction of the early morning sun in the Moremi Reserve, provided a sighting one can only dream of. Nature blessed us with a rare opportunity seeing a cat so beautiful and at ease, a rarity for leopard who are shy and often quickly move away when spotted. Her striking coat contrasts beautifully against the grasses. Bathed in soft, golden light, the image highlights her keen gaze and regal posture, with natural beauty and elegance. Moremi is renowned for its diverse wildlife, making it a prime destination for wildlife enthusiasts and photographers alike. The fact that these beautiful creatures roam safely in the reserve emphasises the importance of wildlife conservation in preserving such magnificent creatures.
